COMMUNICATION PLAN

Title of activity 8.1. Web portal

Creation of a website for: communication within the project among the partners for the exchange of documents, the publicity of the project, its partners, its various stages of the congressional initiatives planned, the objectives to be attained and the final report .

Activity 8.2. Communication with experts and interested public

Organization of an international conference and panel discussions concerning the issues of transboundary waters and the results of the project aimed, in particular, to an audience of professionals, operators, administrators and students interested and involved in industry matters and users of services provided to users.

Production of brochures about the project for experts and interested public. Organization of excursions for students of University of border related issues of transboundary waters.

Activity 8.3. Publications.

Popular texts will be produced easily accessible, thematic maps of immediate readability, including the cross-border area affecting the achievements obtained through all the activities included in workpackages. It will print the guidelines for the participation of knowledge for citizens, institutions and service companies involved. These guidelines may be used for the dissemination of good practices in similar environmental contexts and this shows the good duplicability the project. Participation in national and international conferences.
